Hi to all..i can't find any notice about technical informations of Cyberaudio ec1000 power amph...knows or got it anyone??? Don't need electrical scheme, but output power, power for channel, impedance, ecc.. thanks, Vitt

I see these are 4 Ohm but i can't find power for channel

Probably we're talking about something like 350-500W of power, into 8-4ohms... at around 1%THD. Maybe it's better to find a way to measure it...

Original is Italian, Peeker Sound HT550 , coted 2x500Watts/4 ohms/channel or 2x300W/8 ohms/channel.

The owner used it to connect two sub woofer boxes with 2 rcf L18-p300 8ohm in each. (were placed opposite each other)I think in every box woofers were connected in parallel.It seems very strange because the woofers are 1000 watts each.

Hi Vittorio and welcome to our forum!

 

From 2x32V~ you will not get more than 120W into 8 ohms. I will say most likely 100w. I would not go lower than 4ohms for maximum reliability.

In case that there are more secondary windings, the power will be much more.

I am suspecting the latter since from the looks of the output stage, it resembles a class H.

If so, you will have 2x60V therefore the theoretical limit (assuming no losses) would be around 400w into 8R. The actual results would probably be less, assuming a 15V PSU sag you would be left with ~250W.

 

Hint: next time when you are shooting pictures, make sure that the writing from the tags is readable.
