Buna ziua. Porneste apare logo x2 (hisense & Hisense smart) apoi ecran negru si nu raspunde la comenzi (backlight on). Led alb blink x6. Se gaseste firmware /USB?

copy the file upgrade_loader.pkg on an empty usb stick fat32 formatted
insert the usb stick in the tv while it's on (white usb 2.0 port)
remove the power cord
while holding down the power button on the remote control, reconnect the power cord, and continue to hold down until the message "Software Updating" appears
wait about 10 mins for the update to complete
at the end of the update, tv restarts automatically

after the usb upgrade, tv started in first installation mode?

the date/time of the system is the date of the update 07/12/2018

have you tried entering in service mode, and perform the 'clear all' command to reset the tv?
