bcristian Postat Decembrie 22, 2020 Partajează Postat Decembrie 22, 2020 (editat) Voi prezenta metoda folosita de mine pentru a ascuti bughie pe masini precum cea de mai sus (clone de Deckel SOE). Masina la origine foloseste metoda de ascutire conica. Un detaliu important din imagine este faptul ca axa conului trece prin coltul opus al burghiului. In practica insa, nu sunt multumit de aceasta metoda, din mai multe motive. Daca tinem burghiul in acelasi loc pe piatra, acestea se vor uza reciproc si isi vor crea profile pereche, in general rotunjind colturile. Nu putem ascuti burghie cu muchia mai lunga decat grosimea pietrei. Asa cum este construita piesa care limiteaza rotatia in jurul conului, la diametre mai mari de 6-8 mm putem atinge muchia opusa. Metoda creeaza o muchie ne-taietoare de-a curmezisul mijlocului brughiului. Eu folosesc urmatoarea metoda. Valoarea exacta nu e importanta (si depinde de diametru), ideea e sa avem spatiu sa ne luam referinta de pozitie pentru a putea sa-l rotim cu 180 de grade mai tarziu. Dar in mod normal aceasta este o suprafata irelevanta pentru utilizarea burghiului, motiv pentru care in multe cazuri aceasta este nefinisata. Este asadar esential sa ne asiguram ca aceasta suprafata are simetrie de rotatie fata de axa burghiului. Eu am facut o alta piesa (decat originalul) din tabla subtire, pentru a putea vedea mai bine punctul de contact. Folosesc contactul pe fata care se vede in imagine (instructiunile originale spun pe cealalta) pentru ca acesta este sensul in care se strange surubul. Invers, exista riscul ca la strangerea surubului opritorul sa se departeze de burghiu. In poza pare ca daca se intampla asa ceva e evident. In realitate burghiulu ala e de 8.2 mm diametru, si punctul de contanct abia se vede. Eroarea devine evidenta doar dupa ce rotesti burghiul si vezi ca polizezi aiurea. Originalul este sa tii burghiul la pozitie cu mana. Eu prefer un colier de furtun. Asta e metoda pe care o folosesc eu acum. As putea sa construiesc un suport mai acatarii pentru asta, dar pana atunci merge si asa. Blocul 1-2-3 e aliniat cu axa pivotului, si folosesc o lama de cutter pentru a nimeri coltul opus al bughiului. In practica, putem sa ajungem in varf dar fata taiata sa nu ajunga la marginea burghiului, de exemplu pentru ca are colturile rotunjite. Intrucat e mai important sa ajungem pana in colturi, continuam pana la acestea, apoi revenim la pozitia de 30 de grade si luam iar pana in varf. Este posibil sa nu putem obtine fete simetrice. Asta se intampla cand burghiul este stramb (burta de 0.1mm pe 100 mm este suficienta pentru un efect clar vizibil) sau cand din fabricatia spiralele nu sunt simetrice. Sau, desigur, daca nu am fost atenti la repozitionarea burghiului. Unele burghie asimetrice sunt insa folosibile, daca asimetria e doar pe partea care nu conteaza. Fara pre-gaurire. Forta de apasare necesara e semnificativ mai mica in cazul burghielor ascutite de mine, dar nu am cu ce sa masor, va trebui sa ma credeti pe cuvant. Similar pentru caldura degajata.
